I really enjoy my massages with Nancy. She’s very knowledgeable about her job, helping to work out my many knots and tension with firm but never painful pressure. She’s also a very sweet person & a delight to chat with. I’ve also had good massage therapists at the Carmel Valley location in the past. In general, I recommend the services at Massage Heights.

Found this place online and picked because of its great ratings! When I called, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She booked my deep tissue massage with Erin who was amazing! She listened to my concerns and really made me feel comfortable and relaxed! She gave time and attention to the areas that were most needed Thank you Erin for such great service and for caring!

Had a 90min massage with Renee last night and it was actually really informational! Typically I don't opt for the $36 upcharge for master masseuses but I'm glad I did. She was very careful to address problem areas while avoiding specific parts of my body/piercings. I've gone here before and other masseuses have ran their hands over my dermal piercings multiple times, tugging at my skin so I appreciated that Renee was intentional with her massage. She also taught me some anatomy (I didn't know there was a pectoralis major and minor!) and how they extend and contract in order for us to have mobility in our arms. Super helpful and super informational. 10/10 would recommend booking Renee for your next massage!

I have a lot of back pain, and I have seen many massage therapists in the past. Renee is absolutely the best. What an outstandingly skilled and knowledgeable therapist. She always finds the spots that need work, and I walk out of there like a new person. I highly recommend Renee.
